<p>Join forces with others to enhance your fitness through participation in a group fitness challenge. Rally friends, family, teammates, coworkers, or anyone else to become gym enthusiasts. This challenge goes beyond a simple step goal and encourages you to exercise more frequently, with any kind of physical activity being eligible.</p>

<h3>How it works</h3>
<ul>
   <li>Create or join a group challenge</li>
   <li>Invite as many people as you'd like</li>
   <li>Share your workouts with the group</li>
   <li>Keep up the good work and continue posting regularly</li>
   <li>Check the leaderboard and enjoy the friendly competition</li>

<h3>Flexibility</h3>
<p>The app offers flexibility in setting your own competition rules. You can score based on the total number of workouts, miles, minutes, calories, steps, or even create your own unique point system. All you need for each workout is a photo and a title. The photo can be of your gym equipment, a sweaty selfie, a screenshot from another fitness app, or any other image approved by your group.</p>

<h3>Accountability</h3>
<p>If you're not concerned about scoring, no worries! The app can also serve as a general activity log for your group. It provides a shared space where you can all track your workouts and keep each other motivated.</p>

<h3>Integration with the Apple Health App</h3>
<p>GymRats seamlessly integrates with the Apple Health app, allowing you to import workouts from there. This includes activities recorded on your Apple Watch as well as any other activity logged on your device.</p>
